• Driver Day Bata: Rs. 350 - Rs. 600 per calendar day (depending on vehicle size from Sedan to 50-Seater Coach).
• Tolls & Parking: Payable at actual Fastag tolls and destination parking counters as incurred.
• Interstate State Tax (if crossing state borders): Paid at actual RTO border checkposts (e.g., entering Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, or Goa).
• No Hidden Costs: Clean transparent odometer readings from start hub to return.

As per standard South India commercial transport guidelines, outstation trips operate on a per-calendar-day minimum KM slab:

• Sedans & SUVs (Etios, Ertiga, Innova Crysta): 250 KM per calendar day.
• Tempo Travellers (12, 17, 20 Seater): 300 KM per calendar day.
• Mini Buses (21, 25 Seater): 300 KM per calendar day.
• Luxury 50-Seater Coaches: 350 KM per calendar day.

If your total trip distance exceeds the cumulative minimum allowance (e.g. 3 days × 300 KM = 900 KM), extra distance is billed purely at the agreed vehicle per-KM rate.

Yes! All our Tempo Travellers and buses are fitted with high-capacity dual roof air conditioning.

Safety Note: During exceptionally steep hair-pin curve ascents on mountain ghat roads, chauffeurs may temporarily switch to high blower mode for 10-15 minutes to preserve full engine torque and passenger safety as mandated by RTO mountain driving standards. As soon as the steep gradient levels out, air conditioning is immediately re-engaged.

Every SJT driver undergoes thorough background checks, identity verification, and medical fitness screenings. Our drivers carry commercial yellow-badge licenses and have a minimum of 7+ years of experience navigating South India highways, Western Ghats, and city corridors.

• Contract models: Monthly fixed retainers or per-trip roster billing.

Because our fleet undergoes stringent preventive maintenance before every highway departure, breakdowns are exceptionally rare (<0.05% incident rate).

However, to guarantee your peace of mind, SJT maintains an active 24/7 South India emergency replacement network across Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and Andhra Pradesh. In any unexpected event, an equivalent standby vehicle is dispatched immediately from the nearest regional junction at no additional cost to you.

We understand that plans can change. Since we do not take any online advance payment, there are no cancellation penalty fees if you inform us at least 6 hours prior to your scheduled pickup time. Rescheduling to a different date is free of charge subject to vehicle availability.
